The Idol
"Muhammad (PBUH) is nought but a Messenger like the Messengers who had surely passed away before him: will you, then, if he dies or be slain, turn round on your heels?"
... and then he said, “No Prophet is taken by death until he has been shown his place in Paradise and then offered the choice to live or to die.”
... and then he again said, “With the supreme communion in Paradise, with those upon whom God has showered his favor, the prophets and the saints and the martyrs and the righteous, most excellent for communion are they.”
... and that was among the last words he said... .
Ya Allah, bless our Prophet Muhammad, the ascetic Prophet, the Messenger of the Eternal King , the One. May Allah bless him and grant him peace with a blessing lasting until the end of eternity without interruption or depletion, a prayer by which we are saved from the heat of Jahannam, the worst resting-place.
